Policy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how fixjson.org handles tool input, analytics, hosting data, and advertising technologies.

Effective date

This Privacy Policy is effective May 13, 2026.

Tool input

JSON, YAML, Base64, URL, and text values pasted into the tools are processed in your browser. The site does not intentionally send that tool input to a fixjson.org application server for repair, validation, formatting, diffing, or encoding.

Hosting and analytics

Like most websites, hosting infrastructure may process basic request data such as IP address, URL, user agent, timestamp, and referrer for security, diagnostics, and delivery. The site may also use privacy-focused Vercel Analytics to understand page visits and performance without collecting the contents you paste into the tools.

Advertising cookies

If advertising is enabled, fixjson.org may use Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads, detect invalid traffic, and personalize ads where allowed.

Your choices

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, through any consent controls shown on the site, and through Google's Ads Settings page to opt out of personalized ads from Google. For visitors in regions that require consent for personalized advertising, the site may use Google's Privacy & messaging tools or another Google-certified consent management platform.

Contact

For privacy questions or data-related requests, contact the site owner at contact@fixjson.org. Do not send private API keys, production secrets, or sensitive JSON payloads unless you have removed confidential values.
